Shipping RATES and TIME FRAMES
Shipping Methods: We currently ship within the US, Canada and international orders via USPS Priority or Express (Express available for US only). On occasion we may ship via UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air at our discretion. See below for a listing of current international countries where shipping is available.
Time Frames: Please allow at least 2-3 business days for processing orders prior to shipping.PLEASE NOTE: All shipping will take place Tuesday-Saturday. Order processing times still apply even when expedited shipping is selected. The expedited shipping time only applies to the time in transit once order is shipped. Some items ship separately directly from manufacturers, require additional processing time and may ship through different carriers and may not be available for expedited shipping. Canadian and international orders may require additional processing before shipping.
Time in Transit: Items shipping via USPS Priority generally require 4 business days in transit, however times may vary and are dependent upon USPS. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed for Canadian and international shipments! Because of customs and other factors beyond our control, please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery once order has been shipped. Expedited shipping is not available for Canada and international orders. See below for additional details. All in-stock items will be shipped from Baltimore, MD.
Tracking of Shipments: USPS does not provide step by step tracking. You will receive a Delivery Confirmation number upon shipment and the current status may be tracked at www.usps.com. This number only provides proof of delivery and occasional in transit tracking. USPS is not required to provide in transit tracking but often it is available. We are unable to provide any additional package tracking information that is not available on USPS.com.

Responsibility and Risk Once an order
ships, it is now a shipping contract, the risk of loss is now the responsibility
of the customer. To clarify, once Urban Baby Runway passes your items on
to the shipping company, the risk of loss becomes your responsibility. In the
unlikely event that a package is lost, we will assist you with finding your
package but ultimately the resolution is between you and the shipping company. Although rare, international orders can take up to one month for delivery through USPS.
